Her interest in Art began when she moved to Vancouver Island and studied art at North Island College. Patti mentored with stablished artists on the Island and in Laguna Beach while being represented by several galleries in California.

Patrizia works intuitively and expressively. Her art is a continuous process of self-exploration and exploration of different materials: clay, stone, metal. Concrete, and paint. The sculpture inform the paintings which are also organic, engaging and evocate.

This current series have been made in Mexico and are a process          of reducing forms to a minimum and using
“light and dark” colour contrast.  The paintings reflect the vibrancy and strength of the light here.  The painting are also reflecting the happiness that is experienced here under the Mexican sun.
