Biography

I have been a visual artist for over 50 years exploring various media.  Black and white silver prints, Chinese brush painting and calligraphy, oil painting, silver jewelry, clothing design and fabrication, paper mache.  Over the last 25 years I have been involved in many cooperative galleries, and several of my own, Magenta in San Miguel de Allende, Atelier, Figura, to name a few.  The monotypes I am showing this year are a combination of printmaking and painting using a single plate.  Utilizing the tools of printing, inks,  the brayer and the spatula, I have created two series:  Bouquet and Horizons , using various palettes to create emotional and vibrant one- of-a-kind prints.
