BiographyBill Rhodes lives and works on Salt Spring Island. He has been doing are on Salt Spring for more than 25 years in Fulford Harbour. In the summer his gallery, big old barn on Orchard Road, is open most days. In the winter Bill comes to La Manzanilla and works on his whimsical designs. |
